MDM Trouble Report for 2016 Jun 02

Problem(s) Encountered:
When moving filters and disperser for a new object, OSMOS stopped responding.
Any filter change command just ran silently and never terminated.  I tried restarting
the IC and all the various operations windows, but could not restart the instrument.
