MDM Trouble Report for 2016 Jun 11

Problem(s) Encountered:
Two problems --

1) The telescope would not slew at the start of the night. 
Looking into the polar axis housing we saw the red Error 131
flashing on the dec controller, or whatever it is.  On Eric's
instruction we cycled the power on the grey box in the polar
axis housing -- the 'square D' box.  That cured the problem 
with no further issues.

2) A couple of times during the night the telescope refused to
settle in dec, reminiscent of the old nodding problem but 
quite a bit less severe.  The displacment was as much as
about 10 arcsec, and it was clearly not due to wind loading 
- it was a little breezy, but the problem didn't correlate with
wind. We lost very little time, but this bears close 
watching.
