MDM Trouble Report for 2016 Jun 15

Problem(s) Encountered:
The Andor camera failed abruptly from one frame to another -- the 
frames looked like white noise (not zeros).  We had been using the
2x gain; switching to 1x gain solved the problem.  We have
retaken our biases and flats and are taking a dark now.  This is
fine for now but I guess it'll need the tender ministrations of
Andy Pham over the summer. 

There was one very brief interval of nodding at +7 degrees and
about 1 h west.  It blurped a few times -- largish amplitude
but smaller duty cycle than before -- and then stabilized
after a few minutes.
