MDM Trouble Report for 2016 May 02

Problem(s) Encountered:
We were unable to click on certain buttons on the Owl GUI,
so we restarted it.  However, upon restarting, we could no 
longer connect to the device.
With the assistance of John Thorstensen, we realized we needed
to reboot the mdmarc2 computer, and Thorstensen was able to
reboot it remotely w/o assistance from the 2.4m observer.
