MDM Trouble Report for 2016 May 30

Problem(s) Encountered:
For most of the night the telescope oscillated in declination
with an amplitude of about 1 arcsecond and a period of 6-10 s.
Take a look at the final tracking error graph on the guider
monitor (which only shows a mild example).  This ruined
the otherwise excellent seeing with elongated images.
I left an example image on the workstation monitor.

CCD controller failed once at the end of the night.  This was
cured simply by running setup.
