MDM Trouble Report for 2016 Apr 14

Problem(s) Encountered:
When we moved to our first target and tried to start the guider, we found that it wouldn't move in the X direction. 
Resetting and Reinitializing the MIS didn't help, nor did sending the guider to the Origin.
Talked to Eric and he suggested quitting the MIS GUI, power cycling the MIS box in the computer room, then restarting the GUI.
Once the MIS GUI was back online, everything worked fine.
