MDM Trouble Report for 2016 Aug 06

Problem(s) Encountered:
The rotator did not work: 

When we tried to rotate the instrument, 
the buttons in the hand paddle in the dome 
and the rotator GUI did not work both. 
As the manual says (http://www.astronomy.ohio-state.edu/~martini/osmos/rotator.html), 
we turn off and on the rotator electronics box and it worked.
