MDM Trouble Report for 2016 Aug 27

Problem(s) Encountered:
Lost 1 hr to operator error - accidentally reset RA and Dec encoders with
the wrong coordinates.  Had to manually flew the telescope to zenith and
reset everything.

There were some issues slewing: the slew button seemed
to have stopped working.  This was fixed by turning off the TCS pannel (by
way of the red 'stop' button) and turning it back on.  After that slewing
was quick.
