MDM Trouble Report for 2016 Feb 04

Problem(s) Encountered:
3 separate issues:

1) Twice as I slewed between targets that cross zenith, the dome
got confused and ended up in a random orientation. I manually 
put it home and reset the az encoders. This worked, but not 
optimal having to do it twice in a night. Possibly related to
relatively high winds?

2) I had the usual guide probe issue where it stops moving / 
responding to commands from xmis2. Power cycling the MIS box
and re-initializing fixes this issue.

3) One of the times I had to set the dome encoders, the xtcs 
gui crashed when I entered  320  and hit enter. At first, xtcs
wouldn't re-open, but because I really didn't want to restart
the TCS machine I waited ~5 minutes and for some reason then
xtcs decided to open for me. Lucky.
