MDM Trouble Report for 2016 Feb 11

Problem(s) Encountered:
Come to think of it, I did have a couple of minor glitches.

When I started, the Andor slit viewer would not rescale the image,
but always returned to a narrow range near 1800 counts.  I tried
everything I knew, and finally restarted Solis, which solved
the problem.  I could see that the camera was working-- it just
kept rescaling the image to that narrow range after showing a 
single good one.  An odd one!

Also, the Maxim camera was left warm -- I usually just leave
it cooling.  When the Maxim is warm it won't find the guide
star properly (finds a hot pixel instead).  Also, the guider
calibration sequence (which the ordinary user should never 
need to do) fails because it can't find the star consistently.
