MDM Trouble Report for 2016 Jan 12

Problem(s) Encountered:
We had a similar issue with the guide probe as we did the night 
before. It seemed to get stuck at a high x value and we needed to 
power cycle the MIS to return it to the origin. This happened twice
in succesion but we fixed the issue without a loss of time.
