MDM Trouble Report for 2016 Jul 04

Problem(s) Encountered:
1.  IQ issues.  Coma + trefoil at the start of the night.  Trefoil went away so it could have
been a thermal issue.  Coma persisted and was obvious during focus sequences.

2. Dome following failed.  Same issue as reported by the observers from June 27-28.  At
one point I put the dome back to 320 and cycled the dome power without moving the
telescope.  The dome slewed right to the telescope after that but still would not track.  I 
moved it manually all night.  I will add that the dome failed to arrive at the telescope on
the initial slew to the target that was 4h E at +30 Dec.

3. When I closed the vent doors, I noticed that the RA drive was still running even though
both the RA tracking and drives were off.  I re-enabled the drives switch and the telescope 
began to slew.  I turned it back off.  Inspection of the RA motor then showed that it had
turned off.  I re-zeroed the telescope with the  RA leveler.
