MDM Trouble Report for 2016 Jun 01

Problem(s) Encountered:
There is a problem with the TCS.  The 'track' switch on the front panel does not
seem to work.  Whenever the 'drives' switch is on, the telescope tracks no matter
what position the track switch is set to.  So there was no impact on observing, but
when parking the telescope at the zenith it is necessary to turn off the drives
switch in order to suspend tracking.
