MDM Trouble Report for 2016 Jun 19

Telescope: 2.4m
Observer(s): Weil (Dartmouth)
Instrument: Modspec + Echelle CCD

Problem(s) Encountered:
The telescope pointing seemed to be off 30 degrees in both RA and
Dec making it extremely hard to find objects with the high 
background caused by the clouds and the moon. 

I had reset the TCS to correct for clock drift but this didn't 
seem to help the problem.
