MDM Trouble Report for 2016 Mar 03

Instrument: Modspec + Echelle

Problem(s) Encountered:
During one of our 30 min exposure, the slit viewing camera (Andor) stopped working. 
We tried few things but none helped solving the problem:

(1) unplug and plug back in the camera's power
(2) restart the Andor SOLIS software
(3) under  shutter control , we changed from  permanently open  to  permanently closed 
and back to open.
(4) we also tried to put flat lamp on, but the camera doesn't seem to get any light.

Meanwhile, the guide camera, and the spectrograph are getting lights, as the observation
of the object when this problem happened was done without problem.
