MDM Trouble Report for 2016 May 02

Problem(s) Encountered:
I used OALIGN tonight in place of OSCTRTASK which still was not working. 
OALIGN was a little finicky for me, and the dx/dy output was backwards and 
negative, meaning that my image was most likely not facing N up and E left. 
This took some time to figure out, sadly. I tried going back to OSCTRTASK 
in frustration at some point but now the procedure fails completely--I can't 
even input manually. Eventually I got OALIGN figured out (somewhat).
