MDM Trouble Report for 2016 Nov 06

Problem(s) Encountered:
Dome lost itself (i.e., the dome azimuth listed by the TCS was not it's actual azimuth). Moved dome to home position manually and reset dome encoder. There was no further dome trouble! 

I had to restart the MIS twice (quit xmis2 gui, power cycle MIS box in computer room, restart/initialize xmis2), because the Autoguider was not responding to dy movements issued by the xmis window (the star would not move in the autoguider box when a dy was given). I had this problem last night as well. The steps I took fixed the issue, at least for a few hours.
