MDM Trouble Report for 2016 Oct 19

Problem(s) Encountered:
When the guide probe would not move in x direction anymore, we
we able to fairly quickly fix the problem by looking up a trouble report of exactly the same nature, that recommended
closing xmis2 and then power-cycling the MIS controller in the computer room.
