MDM Trouble Report for 2017 Aug 19

Problem(s) Encountered:
Similar obscuration to that reported the previous night (beginning 2017 Aug 18.
Of the three hours we were permitted to operate by weather, the obscuration 
appeared in the final half hour.

Similar structure to the previous night;  leg-like  structures in some images;
out of focus shadow in others; usually visibly moves between exposures.
