MDM Trouble Report for 2017 Mar 09

Problem(s) Encountered:
The rtel service repeatedly crashed, which we discovered when the TCS GUI refused to move the telescope with an error.  We attempted to stop and restart the telescope services, but rtel would repeatedly crash as soon as we tried refreshing the TCS GUI or if we quit the GUI and tried to initialize a new instance of it.

After we manually closed the dome and the mirror covers, we tried to restart the services and this time rtel stayed up to allow us to point the telescope back to zenith.

At this point, everything seems operational, but we're not pushing our luck.
