MDM Trouble Report for 2017 Nov 17

Problem(s) Encountered:
There was a problem with OWl. We got error massage: ERROR - Driver  PCI Device 0  failed to open.
We tried to reboot the control machine (mdmarc2) remotely by sudo /sbin/reboot command, but password was 
different with that we knew. It was solved after Eric remotely reboot the machine.

Next , guide telescope couldn't track well even with mild wind and situation become worse when wind speed > 7mph.
Anther problem occurred when using guide camera tracking with error massage:
ERROR where m_dec not homed/ dome m_ha not homed. There was similar case in past
trouble reports but solution didn't work. This was solved after rebooting guide camera Window PC.

Pier limit was triggered.
