MDM Trouble Report for 2017 Oct 02

Telescope: 1.3m
Observer(s): Le Huynh Anh (SNU)
Instrument: Templeton

Problem(s) Encountered:
I cannot close the dropleaf at the end of the observation.
I have tried % telescope stop and then % telescope start again.
Then reopen the TCS but the error still happen.
This is very hard situation since there is no 2.4 observer now.
I cannot close the dome.
