MDM Trouble Report for 2017 Sep 13

Problem(s) Encountered:
Severe nodding at the beginning of the night when pointing toward the zenith. 
Got better when we moved a different object in the East. Returned
in the middle of the night and was so severe the guide star was
lost multiple times.

Telescope focus was off the entire night and stars looked like
triangles. Nothing we tried seemed to fix this.
