MDM Trouble Report for 2017 Apr 26

Problem(s) Encountered:
A few times during the night the telescope drifted in the E-W direction during observations.
This seemed to only happen when guiding, but I don't know if the guider is related to the issue or not.
I was forced to cancel a number of in-progress observations because the target would drift out of the slit.
This started happening more frequently at the end of the night, and eventually prevented me from getting any observations after ~3:30 am.
I tried looking into a drifting issue, but couldn't find anything online. The telescope would move ~20 pixels in the E-W direction and stay in the new location, not drift back and forth.
