MDM Trouble Report for 2017 Dec 08

Problem(s) Encountered:
Had to run the snapclean script in Prospero to eliminate the 
 icicles  after saturating the camera during sky flats. It 
took a multiple frames for it took take full effect. This 
happened periodically throughout the night, even when no
saturation occurred. While taking morning twilight flats
I realized that doing so with the 4x1k seemed to draw out 
the icicles even if the rest of the chip was unsaturated. 
Repeating the same frames with the whole 4K array yielded 
no icicles.
