MDM Trouble Report for 2017 Jun 10

Problem(s) Encountered:
Around 4am, the TCS monitor status panel displayed the message:
'Moving with AutoDome Off!'. However, the dome was still behaving
normally. The adjacent panel on the TCS monitor displaying the 
dome information (such as Azimuth and error), indicated that the 
Auto Dome was on, contrary to the error message. So it's not 
clear why that message is being displayed. After I turned 
the autodome TCS switch off at the end of the night, the error 
went away.
