MDM Trouble Report for 2017 Oct 26

Problem(s) Encountered:
At the beginning of the night, osctrtask would hangup after
displaying the acqimage and marking the target. However, after
leaving it alone for 5-7 minutes, it worked itself out and 
continued as normal. Later in the night, instead of hanging
up and resolving itself, the following messages sprung up:
