MDM Trouble Report for 2018 Feb 06

Problem(s) Encountered:
When we tried to close the dropleaf early in the night, 
the telescope returned: 
'ERROR dropleaf adam read digits error E027F00'
except that the 'E' and one of the '0's were special characters
that I can't reproduce now. Further commands to the dropleaf
failed, but other commands in the TCS worked ok. We closed the 
TCS GUI and did a telescope stop/start, at which point the 
dropleaf behaved normally.
