MDM Trouble Report for 2018 Feb 20

Problem(s) Encountered:
There was a problem with focus.
Since the first image observed with focus value of 837 was out of focus
 we tried to change the focus value.
Focus value on the TCS GUI changed appropriately when we send new foucs.
However the focus of image didn't change at all even we changed
the focus value from 800 to 900.

There was another problem with JskyCalc that 'slew unknown status'
appeared but this was solved after restarting the Jskycalc.
