MDM Trouble Report for 2018 Sep 20

Telescope: 1.3m

Problem(s) Encountered:
Same problem closing the dome as we had the other night.  TCS 
did not respond to the dropleaf close command.

(1) closed the TCS gui
(2) issued 'telescope stop' and 'telescope start' commands
(3) restarted the TCS gui

Then it all worked!
