MDM Trouble Report for 2018 Feb 26

Problem(s) Encountered:
Had to restart the MIS one time when the guide probe refused
to budge in X.

More interestingly, the TCS started running very slowly at the end
of the night.  I restarted the bridge program (which is 
erroneously called tcsbridge in the manual) but it was still
slow.  Windows were taking a while to paint; coordinates had to
be sent from JSkyCalc several times before they registered.  I
have no idea whether it's only the prgram or whether there's
a systemic problem with the computer.  Since it was the very
end of the night I didn't try to fix it.
