MDM Trouble Report for 2018 Jan 09

Problem(s) Encountered:
While I was acquiring a sky image for my first target of the 
night, prospero crashed. I hit go, and the command window just 
hung. Once I safely stowed the telescope (clouds were incoming), 
I was able to ctrl+c and restart prospero just fine. 

While I was closing up for the rain, I tried to send the dome home
from the TCS - I set dome mode to Home and clicked Apply, but 
nothing happened. I tried a second time, same nothing. I was
able to move the dome home using the hand paddle, and then closed
up successfully.
