MDM Trouble Report for 2018 May 02

Problem(s) Encountered:
Problems with the TCS.  It would sometimes do what I wanted, but 
other times not.  For example, turning on/off tracking either did not work
unless the 'apply' button was hit several times.

Sometimes it seemed that it would do things without updating the display.
I could change the focus by putting in a new value in the box, but the
display of the focus value would not update.

Sometimes the dome would go home or track the telescope, other times
not.  Sometimes a coordinate update (next object) from jskycalc would
appear in the TCS display, other times not.

Restarting the TCS software seemed to help for a short while, but then
the problems arose again.  I did not go so far as to do a hardware
restart on the panel in the control room.

The seeing was so bad anyhow that I would not have been able to observe
my faint targets.  Tomorrow I have a very early-evening target, and I 
would need the telescope up and running right at sunset.
