MDM Trouble Report for 2018 Oct 10

Problem(s) Encountered:
Mouse and keyboard on TCS computer became unresponsive. 

Fixed the problem by directly plugging the mouse and keyboard 
into the computer in the computer room. Could not get control 
back in the control room without rebooting the computer. No
problems after rebooting.
