MDM Trouble Report for 2018 Sep 29

Problem(s) Encountered:
The focus would not move while trying to focus on a bright star
in evening twilight. Tried restarting the TCS control program and
(eventually) cycling the motor drivers on and off, but nothing
worked.  Emailed Damon from DFM and he got on remotely to try
to diagnose the problem; as far as he could tell, the motor
was spinning but the secondary wasn't moving, suggesting a
mechanical issue.  Did not affect observations much since the 
focus was stuck not far from the correct value.  Direct images
would have been compromised worse.

Forgot to check the trouble box on the nightly observing form, in
case that's an issue for anything.
