MDM Trouble Report for 2019 Jun 18

Problem(s) Encountered:
There were telescope pointing errors during 10:00 ~10:40pm.

(1) In HA=3:30, Dec=63,  and HA=4, Dec=67,
pointing was offseted ~2-3 arcmin to the East.  

(2) There were issues of tracking off automatically and went to west limit.

So, I  lost total ~40 min.

And, I found 'zero ~' command did not run in TCS session Log.
This might be one reason of wrong point.
