MDM Trouble Report for 2019 Mar 02

Problem(s) Encountered:
I lost the filter wheel connection on the MIS control. 
I tried to reset the filter wheel and re-booting the MIS but all did not work. 
Eric and 2.4m observer Alejandro solved the problem but lost 1 hour.
