MDM Trouble Report for 2019 Nov 30

Problem(s) Encountered:
I opened the dome and the telescope with a 2-hours delay, due to
the weather conditions. When I wanted to move the telescope to the
first object, the DEC engine turned out to be not responding. 
I reset the telescope (Control Panel program and telescope stop 
and start commends). It didn't help so I asked the observer from
the 2.4m telescope for help. She went to 1.3m immediately and 
reset the DEC switch. Unfortunately, it didn't help. So without
operational telescope I decided to give up the night.
