MDM Trouble Report for 2019 Dec 01

Problem(s) Encountered:
The telescope jumped in RA while tracking multiple times, about 
once every at 5-10 minutes for about 30 minutes. Called Eric, and 
he suggested tightening the RA drive spring plate. This fixed the
problem and no further RA jumps occurred during the night.
