MDM Trouble Report for 2019 Dec 14

Problem(s) Encountered:
Guide probe stopped responding to commands and stayed in place. 
We cured this by power-cycling the MIS box and restarting xmis2. 
This has been known to happen in the past - documented here
for completeness.
