MDM Trouble Report for 2019 Dec 15

Problem(s) Encountered:
Dome shutter is making a loud rhythmic racket near the top of
its travel, louder than I remember.  Telescope jumped in RA -
tightened the drive bolts.  Also, MIS required power cycling
after the guide probe froze on two occasions.
