MDM Trouble Report for 2019 Feb 07

Problem(s) Encountered:
Tried to use the Rotator GUI, but whenever I tried to send
a rotation, it responded with an error message. Found out I
couldn't use the hand paddle in the dome either. So I reset
the box on the telescope and I regained hand paddle control.
I thought the GUI might work after the reset too, but I got
the same error message that read:  Error: couldn't open socket:
host is unreachable.  Didn't lose time over this, but there
were small rotations I had to make in the dome I would've
rather made with the GUI.
