MDM Trouble Report for 2019 Nov 11

Problem(s) Encountered:
At one point, towards the end of the night, when I had to change rotator angle (from -77 to 0)
the hand paddle in the dome did not work & neither did the rotator gui inside; I could hear the motor trying
to run but nothing moved. Did some digging in the 2.4m trouble pages/previous reports and found a similar 
issue. Was able to resolve the problem by power-cycling the rotator electronics box on the telescope and
re-opened the rotator gui on the computer. [Not sure if this had something to do with the few power 
surges/flickering that occurred earlier in the night.]
