MDM Trouble Report for 2021 Apr 16

Problem(s) Encountered:
OWL image readout failure. OWL error message stated 
 read image timed out. No image file saved . 
Restarting OWL and reinitializing the detector twice resolved the problem. 
The first reinitialization failed, possibly due to binning.


A second problem occurred that resulted in an odd banding pattern in
 g and r band images. Problem occurred at HA=+1:30 DEC+48. 
The problem seemed to be resolved pointing elsewhere suggesting
 an obstruction in the light path but likely off-axis.
No time lost to this second problem as the images were still 
usable.
