MDM Trouble Report for 2021 Nov 11

Problem(s) Encountered:
At about 2:02am the telescope tracking turned off.  I figured out that
the declination drive had turned off, but RA was working.  I called 
John at the 2.4m and he came down and found the declination motor
in the error condition, recycled the power, and everything worked
after that.
