MDM Trouble Report for 2021 Nov 30

Problem(s) Encountered:
We encountered an OWL failure where it would not connect to the detector. We attempted
to simply restart the OWL application but this did not solve the problem. We emailed
Eric for help with rebooting mdmarc2 in hopes this would solve the connection issue, 
however this did not work either. Rob Fesen came down from the 2.4m and power cycled
the detector and re-seated the fiber cable. Re-seating the fiber cable fixed the problem.
No further problems encountered after this fix.
