MDM Trouble Report for 2021 Sep 27

Problem(s) Encountered:
Got error 'error dropleaf slit busy' on trying to (re?)open.
I did telescope stop/start (although telescope status indicated
everything was running) which fixed that. On trying to close 
again, I ran 'tx dropleaf close' and got a  log message of 
'done dropleaf cantopen=rain'. I restarted tcs following the 
troubleshooting and that worked. In general it seemed tcs might 
be being a bit slower to respond than previous nights.

Completely lost pointing on re-opening, no error messages to
indicate why. I think I accidentally zerod the telescope and made 
this worse. Tried using the tilt meter to align back to zenith
but I couldn't figure out how to offset the telescope to effect 
the left side tilt meter. I planned to use astrometry.net to
figure out where I was pointing, but I wasn't able to get back 
on sky due to bad weather. Pointing remains off.
