MDM Trouble Report for 2021 Jul 04

Problem(s) Encountered:
Investigated the whining instrument rotator with Eric (via
phone). Loosened the cam so that the rotator moved freely.
Using the hand paddle the whining persisted. Moving the
whole things by hand resulted in no noise. Seems that the
issue is on the motor side of things.
