MDM Trouble Report for 2023 Jun 28

Problem(s) Encountered:
On the first autodome move the dome struggled to get going. After
a few seconds it did make its intended move. The second move
resulted in no movement. The north motor whirred until I turned
off the autodome. After that tried using the hand paddle and heard
nothing. Tried again with the hand paddle a few minutes later and
the whirring returned, but still no movement. Observed at 
AZ = 260 the rest of the night, which wasn't a total loss (though
not the most ideal place for the dome slit to be stuck).
