MDM Trouble Report for 2025 Feb 19

Problem(s) Encountered:
Guide image focus was suddenly out around midnight.
This also happened on 2025 Jan 31 observation.
We observed without guiding for ~ 1 hour until fixing it.
After adjusting guide focus, guide image became fine so used guiding again.
